Brett Favre's Message to Fans (Official Website)

    From Brett's official website:
    http://www.officialbrettfavre.com

"Welcome to my official website. I want to thank all the fans for the years of continued and steadfast support that you've given to me and my family. I hope you enjoy your visit to my website.

I want to thank all of my fans for a memorable season. While the season didnít end in Miami as we had all hoped, I couldnít have enjoyed this season any more than I did.

When I decided to return to the NFL to play my 19th season, I did so with some trepidation. After all, I was joining a new team in a new city, for the archrivals of the ďgreen and gold.Ē And Iím not getting any younger.

I couldnít be happier about my decision. The coaches, staff, and especially teammates who joined me in the seasonís journey are true professionals, and better yet, friends. I felt completely comfortable from day one as a member of the Minnesota Vikings, and itís a tribute to the entire organization that accepted me with open arms. It was truly an amazing experience to be a part of the Minnesota Vikings this past season.

And to the fans Ė those in Minnesota, in Wisconsin, and across the country Ė I want to express my heartfelt thanks for all of the support and goodwill that youíve shown me, Deanna, and the girls throughout the season. Itís truly humbling to know that so many of you are pulling for us.

Regardless of what the future holds, I want everyone to know that I will cherish the memories of the past year for the rest of my life." - Brett Favre

Sorry Rick! Keep up the good work.

It was just a thank you letter to the fans, don't read so much into it.

People (some) like to say that he shouldnt play, it might tarnish his legacy....... I dont believe that.

This kind of crap is why he has become a punchline, i hate it. I do not like the guy really but i want him back. I do wish he would stop this crap because it is obvious he is addicted to the attention. He needs Dr. Drew to cure his "celebrity" addiction. (it has spawned a few funny commercials though)
I put a sig on here before, but it expired?
Now i have tried again but seem to be retarded.......oh well,

    Floop the bears!

    Let me paraphrase..........

I'll be back and WE ARE GONNA KICK ASS.
I've been a Viking fan since I was just out of diapers, hopefully we get Super Bowl win before I go back in 'em.

??? Did you read it? He didn't say a thing about whether or not he would be back. As C Mac said, it was just a thank you letter to the fans, don't read so much into it.

I like how on his official website they're selling those blue fake Favre jerseys:

I think that is just a poor picture - purple often looks blue when it is digitized. That is an autographed jersey with a COA from the NFL. Pretty sure they won't sign a certificate fore a fake one...

look at the jerseys I've sent you. THe nameplate and the part of the jersey above the nameplate should be mesh, not solid. Thats how they are if you buy them off nfl.com. Thats not how that one is. I just find it kinda funny. You're mostly paying for the autograph I guess.
