Book: "To be a Viking" coming soon

I saw one awhile back; cannot remember the name of it though.

I've got a couple, "Golden Hearts and Purple Memories" covers the team right from Van Brocklin up to Denny Green. Another one is " Knights and Knaves in Autumn " and is a good read too.
There was also one called " Tough enough to be Vikings " which I believe only had one print run. I was offred the chance of having a copy which was signed by authorbut never took it up - course now can't get the blessed thing :sad:

Robert Smith's book was awesome, he is a smart guy and very well spoken. I don't expect anything less in Blair's book.

The book is pretty much a 20 questions answered by various players. I won't get into my personal thoughts on it, but it seems that the list of players that turned it down is greater than the ones that participated.

I have a few viking books. I have the Robert Smith book, which I haven't even begun to read yet, I don't know why. I also have a book called "Golden Wars" or something like that I think, it's a book about the Viking/packer rivalry, which was a really good book. It talked about each decade of the rivalry and then had a little blurb about each of the games and who won and lost. I just got another viking book about a month ago, but have no clue what the name of it is. And lastly, as a joke one of my gf's friends bought a book that is intended for a kid where you put your picture in the book and you are the QB for the vikes and you end up winning the game. It's tough to describe, but I think it is called "If I were a Viking" or something like that!

If we don't make it very far in the playoffs this year I will put out a book in the near future it will be called "A Viking Fan: Learning to Live with a Lifetime of Disappointment".
