    Boat thing-IS THIS TRUE??

You are all aware of the "Boat scandle" going on with your team. No news here. Now the rumors say that the only reason this was ever released was due to a PACKER FAN on board!!

That's right! An eighteen year old waitress blew the whistle. When asked why she did it part of here answer was that she was a Packers fan!!!!

Man! And I thought I hated Cleveland Fans. I got nuttin on you Vikings fans! I wish I could be there next year whgen those pussies come to your house. Ewwwwwhhh, it's gonna be bloody....

Well, here is the Official Police report ... interesting read:

It would kinda make sense though with the Packer thing ... It was a "Rookie" party, but yet no rookies were ever even mentioned through all of this ??

For DC, I think the disorderly conduct might stick, but the other two charges look and sound like the way they are worded that it should be DC that exposed himself. If the lady was exposed and she walks over to DC, it isn't his fault that she isn't dressed. She would be the one that was Indecent and Lewd. IMO anyway.

obscene conduct that may have caused others to have resentment to others.

Oh well!! I think the charges get dropped in court, for the guys that are already community involved, charities and appearances.

Where is our resident lawyer when we need him????

Smoot and the DBL headed D*ldo - He pays a fine, I wouldn't even show up for court, just pay the fines.

Anti-up and pay'em. Take a hat around the locker room and split the bill.

BTW, I don't think that the PACKER FAN Theory is true. There are too many defendants on that list. The boat captains that turned the boat around.......to many variables.

Moe and DC will be the easiest to get out of this with minimal punishment.

Fred "Baby Face" Smoot and the Bryant "Carpet Licker" McKinnie are toast.

It doesn't seem like a great defense, but I would be like "I am the only guy that is getting singled out because I was identifiable, when other were not identified are walking. I am being punished because I am recognizable and am now the face of the whole party."

I have never hear anything about the 18 year old girl being a Packer fan on anything I have read or heard, but I do know that her dad was a Sheriff and that she called him from the boat and he is the one who called Al & Alma's and they had the boats turned around!
What we've got here is failure to communicate.
