Thread: Blaming Tice

I know a lot of people are upset at Tice for this, but the entire team is responsible. They gave the game away, plain and simple. To allow Poole to make that catch, with the season on the line, is unacceptable. To allow the game to come down to that play is unacceptable. To allow the Cardinals to get the damn onside kick was unacceptable. For Walker to get that penalty and give them an automatic first down was unacceptable. For the Vikings offense to come away with only 17 points against the WORST DEFENSE in the NFL is unacceptable.

The point is it was a whole chain of screwed up events that resulted in this loss, and although I'm not going to defend Tice, I do believe the blame should be spread across the whole team.

That said, I'm walking out my door with my Vikings cap on knowing I'll have plenty of crow to eat, and you know what? BRING IT ON!!! We beat four of the teams going to the playoffs this year, and we are in far better shape for next year than a lot of teams out there. Most of our rookies have shined this year, and we have had some second year players and veterans step up. We have four outstanding players going to the Pro Bowl, and as crushing as this loss was, there is always next year!!! GO VIKES!!!
