Awesome. Birk is a stand up guy. I first met matty on prior lake during the summer and I'd see him at the local bars from time to time with his wife. One time after just meeting matt that summer we're all at O'Mallys after a hard day of drinking at the lake and birk is there hanging out. Everyone was buying him drinks and shots all night and birk's wife is trying to drag him out of there a little early. The problem is guys are buying him shots one after another, finally his wife speaks up, "Sorry boys matt has to go home" the crowd responds with boos and hisses. Then one guy pipes up, "One last shot Birk!" Matt responds, "No she's right we have kids to get to." The guy responds, "McKinnie would take it." That stopped birk in his tracks and he spins around and says, "Fuck McKinnie, McKinnie is a pussy, gimme that fucking shot!" He pounds it down and walks out the door to the crowd going crazy and cheering. Great guy.
