Biggest Impact for Offense?
What would be the biggest impact for our offensive success?
Who could Wilf pay to take over the play calling?
Is this the biggest hole or what?
Who could realistically be brought into the organization and help us achieve offensive success? ???

I'd love to see Wilf pay Boise State's head coach Chris Peterson to come in and be our O-Coordinator....
I doubt Peterson would leave Boise (job security=awesome) but who knows for the right money?! Right?
All I know is that Darrell Bevell isn't gettin it done...and I mean, what exactly is he doing? He doesnt call the plays?!
BUT...this is all just wishfull thinking and it won't happen...just like the Vikes signing Dwight Freeney...but whatever....

Re: Biggest Impact for Offense?
Even if Childress has had problems with his offense, and Wilf thinks that, I'm not sure anything will happen, like you would like it to.
The reason I say that is that I think it'll be Childress' decision to make still, and he is probably not ready to make that change. It'll be on his shoulders still, and he'll take the fall eventually if nothing changes.
However they are in the proces of evaluation right now. And there is allways a chance of the HC changing his opinion, fx on wether or not to have a real OC.
Thanks to PPE for the sig.

No, I KNOW nothing will happen...Childress has barely been given a chance....I'm sure Wilf will want to see how the offense does with some different personnel at playmaking positions before he loses confidence in Childress....Childress will have to prove that he sucks no matter what players he has on the field before anything happens
When will that be? Could be next year....two years for sure if he doesnt get the offense going...
Lets just hope Childress figures things out before next season...

Re: Biggest Impact for Offense?
Get Randy Moss and let Tarvaris toss the ball 80 yards right into his arms
Then get Mora for OC and we are solid

I'll go along with the Mora thing.......but PLEASE dude , leave the Moss thing alone. We don't need any more lazy distractions. I'd take 2 average WR's who give 100% then Moss any day.

I love the idea, but give peterson a couple more winning seasons with BSU, then he will start to realize he is a good enough coach to go to the NFL."Viking" wrote:
