Linehan(Vikeman!)you need to wake up. Offensively,
this team should average 30 pts per game. Can anyone

Agreed Buck; With the addition of Wiggins and Robinson, the three amigos
smith, bennett and williams anything under 30 point average would just not be right. And the 2005 Super Bowl Champions the MN VIKINGS![Beer]

As long as my Vikes make the Play-offs I'm a happy camper. He have the talent to make the Championship game but we had the talent to make the playoffs on 2003 as well. I'm very excited but don't want to set myself up for a let down. I say:

    Playoffs - 100%
    NFC Championship - 60%
    SuperBowl - 40%
    Halo 4. Start another fight.

Okay, let's be realistic. What do you feel our chances are of making it to the BIG DANCE? I think we have about an 80% chance. I think a lot of the season will depend on how Cualpepper comes out and executes the offense. I really think he is going to come through and have a great year! What do you think?
    <hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"></font id="quote">

80%?! Im very hopeful but that's way too optimistic! If the odds of making the big dance are really as high as many have expressed then maybe we should be putting some $$$ on it. We could be rich!

Any team that wants Linehan as their head coach can have them. I'd pay for them to take him away. He didn't call a good game all year.

And Buck, if you knew anythng about football you would know an offensive coordinator has a hell of a lot to do with an offenses success....
When it s all said and done, you ll have to admit we re number 1!

Linehan is a terrible offensive coordinator. He calls stupid plays and all that Randy Moss reverse/fake reverse or whatever it was last year was some of the worst plays I've seen. I think Tice needs to get it together as well, especially when deciding to go for it on fourth down.

I think Linehan has good and bad games. His biggest problem is his inconsistency. I like some of the imaginative plays he has called, especially at key times. On the other hand sometimes he has just flat out lost us games. Given the talent on this O I think most anyone with decent coaching experience could do as good or better. We won the games where we were agreesive (KC, Seattle, GB etc) but we lost those where we were too conservative ('Zona, Chicago, SD, O-town). I say, 1 more year, then we will see.

I agree our coaching needs alittle work, but we were really unlucky last year.

I know that its an excuse and no one wants to hear it buts it true. When the game is on the line we suck. We might not have any clutch, but we can't blame it all on ourselves.

The pack was really lucky, we werent. Thats why they made the playoffs and we didn't. Bottom line

Hey, GreenBaySlackers, love your log in name! Yes, Green Bay, was so damn lucky this year. I go on a couple of their boards and they seriously think this is their year to make the Superbowl.

if the packers make the playoffs thisn year they should be happy. i'd be suprised. as far as linehan, what i said was true, he is sought after. why? i don't know. stay agressive. like herm says, "you play to win the game."
