Best hit in the Giants game?

Since there was no Vikes game today I watched some of last weeks game again on TiVo, and I noticed something I missed when watching it live last week.

Quite possibly the best hit of the game was delivered by none other than Edinger. Ok, so it wasnt a monster hit, but it was gutsy given the relative size differential of the two players.

On the opening kickoff when the Giants fumbled and the scrum pile developed. #99 Duckett was coming in and grabbing at some vikings body parts sticking out of the pile and pulling on them. Well here comes little old #1 into the picture and gives him a shove knocking him over. When big old #99 gets back up Edinger kind of backpeddles a little bit as there was a huge size difference, but I am sure the fellow Giants gave Duckett a ration of crap for getting manhandled by a kicker in the first place.

Ahh it reminded me of the good old days when (I think it was Fuad) hit someone out of bounds and got a personal foul penalty called on him.

You know for sure that when Duckett got back on the sideline his teammates told him he got....JACKED UP!!!!

I seen it. I found the second half of this game better though.

I mean really doesnt Edinger look like the kid down the street that you used to beat up just for the fun of it. And Duckett looks like a bad man even before you see the 6'6" 300lb listing.

i missed that hit but i'm sure it was funny to watch. watching a kicker try and tackle is hilarious :lol:

mr Duckett is a very large individual.
