Ignore the guy. Where was he when Favre was getting us to the NFCCG?n Where was he when Favre threw the game winning TD vs. the 49ers? Oh that's right, he had Favre's scrotum in his mouth.

I can't believe this play is being reviewed by us. 5 rushing yards would not have done anything for us. He had a chance to cement the victory by getting the ball to Syd. The beating that Favre took was unreal. The fact that he could roll out on that play is a testament to his strength and desire to win. TJ would have been on the sideline injuried and Sage might have Rosencoptered!
In fairness to both TJack and Sage, we don't know what either one would have done in that situation because they never were in that situation.

Farve made a poor decision. It is what it is. I loved having Favre on our team, and I hope to God that he is back in 2010. But I can accept the fact that he made a poor decision that contributed to the loss. I am not going to ignore that fact, nor am I going to ruminate on it.

Favre in the NFCCG was amazing, motivating, tough as nails, exciting, and heartbreaking all at once. He was, in short, Favre-like. And I can't wait for another Favre-like performance from him and the rest of our amazing team in 2010. This time it will finally be our turn.
With TJ and Sage at the helm we would have been home watching.

But Favre has been in that situation before, rather recently actually, with eerily similar results.
    The Madden curse is lingering.
