Beer Light
Alright, so I am still gathering items for my "Mans Room" that I am finishing in my basement.
It will be a sports room for watching the game, etc, and will have a definite Vikings theme to it.
I already have lots of pictures either in hand, or in mind.
But I was looking for some kind of beer light for the potential bar area, and originally thought about your basic Miller High Life light since I like Miller products.
Then I started thinking what would Minneapolis's beer be?
It has been awhile since I lived back there, is there a particular beer that is locally brewed, or favored by the locals back there?
What do you think?
Let me know your reccomendations.
Thanks

Re: Beer Light
Grainbelt Premium. Otherwise, Surly is REALLY GOOD and brewed in Brooklyn Center (just north and west of MPLS) and Summit is from St. Paul...

Re: Beer Light
I think the summit has some really good beer. Stay away form the porter though.
If you could find any lightproduct with the summit you might find some good light since the logo is quite a cool one.

You can't go wrong with a Grain Belt light featuring Baron Von Rashke.

Re: Beer Light
I don't know Turboe... I work for, and deliver Coors Light beer.. I am a sales rep for Coors Light, and I deliver once in a while when we are short handed.. If you ask nicely, I might be able to hook you up with a Coors Light neon light..

Let me know how your search goes, and I will see what I can do to get you a nice neon light for your rec room.. That is if you actually want a Coors Light product for your room.. Also, if any of you haven't tried a Coors Light beer, I highly recommend that you do, you wouldn't be sorry that you did..
