Fun little quote at the end of that one:

    Who?

In the locker room earlier this week, Tarvaris Jackson tried explaining to Bobby Wade who former Vikings QB Mike McMahon is.

    Bobby: “Was he in Philly?”

    T-Jack: “Yeah.”

    Bobby: “Old guy, right?”

    T-Jack: “No, I think he’s like 28.”

    Bobby: “Hmmm…”

Thanks to PPE for the sig.

Easier said than done. Chicago is tied for the NFL lead with 17 sacks -- the only saving grace for their defense -- and they fly around from all directions. DE Adewale Ogunleye and DT Tommie Harris each have 4, while LB Brian Urlacher and DE Mark Anderson each have 3.

17 sacks leading NFL ,we better fix the O Line
and TJ makes fast decisions in the pocket,we must run the ball all day and trying to stay away from Hester, the man is
a beast. It will be a game marked by the Defenses with a low final score.

Btw cogitans good job with the reports ...singersp looks like taking a rest this week.

I love how the article opens with a guy playing craps in the locker room. Man oh Man!

    No problem.

I'm sure singersp is still around with his media watch. I've just been out quickly with some of them this week.

We must contain Devon Hester on special team coverage. Can't let them have a cheap score on ST. Defense must get pressure on Griese, and it hurts us losing Darion at LDE. That leaves Udeze, and Mitchell at the left side. Hopefully Robison can line up there. Erasmus is coming back and should be hungry. If these guys get after the QB then turnovers will follow. I sure would like a couple Defensive scores, and short field chances. Anything to jump start our Offense.

Conventional wisedom say's we must pound the rock, but I think we have to pass on 1st down too. We have to keep the Bears guessing and sustain drives to wear them out. Play-action will be key for a Viking win, along with covering Hester.
