Thread: Backup Fullback position

Saw an earlier post (couple of weeks ago) on the back-up fullback postion.
Jackson from Clemson and Jones From Purdue were the main players fighting for the right to watch Tony Richardson destroy people.
Any ideas how this is shaking out? I know Jackson has had the play-book longer, but Jones has such great hands for the West Coast Style.

if we go in an I form with one TE and ever need a backup FB, i'd choose kleinsasser, with wiggins at TE

All I know is that after I saw Stephan Jackson drop that for sure TD pass from Tavaris during that Oakland game, my wife and I both said (at the same time) that he should be cut for that drop alone. She also commented about how our two year old son could have caught the friggin' ball. I didn't disagree.

When he dropped that pass, all I could think was:

That was pathetic.

Jones has much more potential than "Butterfingers" Jackson. I believe Jackson should be cut and Jones should be groomed as Richardson's replacement.
