B. Urlacher on Daunte Culpepper
I was listening to the dan patrick show earlier today and he had brian errlacker as his guest on the show. Dan asked him which quarterback he hated facing and B. Errlacker said Daunte. Of course, Dan Patrick acted like he was suprised and he again asked him the same question except this time, he asked "even farve, elway or michael Vick?" and errlacker again said, Daunte.
Nice to see Daunte geting props.

Daunte is a rising star and everyone will see how great he is now that the team is his.

Re: B. Errlacker on Daunte Culpepper
Well, Culpepper can beat you with the long ball, throws an accurate short ball, can escape a "sure" sack, can create plays on the move, is an elusive and powerful runner, and is developing the knowledge of how and when to best use all of those skills. That creates a lot of situations that a LB has to defend against on every play. Plus, I'm sure trying to bury a 268 lb QB is not the most painless experiance for a LB.
All of the other QBs that Patrick metioned had some, if not most, of those skills, and probably did some of them better than Pep, but none of them had all those skills at their disposal.
Okay, I'm done preaching to the choir now.

Re: B. Errlacker on Daunte Culpepper
A LB could get hurt trying to hit Culpepper. Vick and Favre can't do that.

Re: B. Errlacker on Daunte Culpepper
yah when theres a 6'3", 260lb qb running at you with good speed, i'd be a little scared to hit him.
