Now if arizona beats san fran, They CLINCH THE DIVISION. They will almost surely Rest Kurt warner, Fitzgerald and Boldin. If Chicago loses to New Orleans, and we beat the Cards. We Will WIN THE DIVISION.

why would they do that?
They still have a shot at moving up to the #3 seed if they can get a better record than us.
You can bet they will be playing hard with their starters when we play them.

Also Dallas is the 6th seed. The 3rd seed Plays the 6th seed. Currently we are the 3rd seed. I Doubt that Arizona wants another go at Dallas, and will happily play Carolina.

look at it this way. Tampa and carolina play each other... Either way Tampa or Carolina will be the 5th Seed. and the 5th plays the 4th. Now dallas will win the 6th seed. the 6th plays the 3rd. See were im going?..

So you think they'll throw the game so they MIGHT NOT have to play dallas, instead of beating us and moving up to #3?
Season isn't over.
If Dallas loses today, they're tied with Atlanta for the last wildcard, with Atlanta losing the conference record tiebreaker.
Atlanta still plays tampa, minnesota and St Louis, pleanty of opportunities to make up ground.
The playoffs aren't set yet, especially with the wild card spots.

Rest them for what?
3 weeks?
Not likely.

They will be working for the 3 seed.
They will play us with all they have at home.

dallas doesn' thave anything locked up yet.
if they lose to the steelers, they'r tied with atlanta.
I'm sure they'd much rather have a shot at playing atlanta.
A team will NEVER give up unless they have nothing to gain by winning.
if they were 3 games back from moving up in the standings, then maybe they'd rest the starters, but teams know, resting your starters for 3 games, WILL hurt you.

I think we will see a full effort from each and every team we face as we try to close out the season.

New York MIGHT rest in week 17, since they'll likely have home field locked up, but nothings certain.
that loss to philly may have shaken things up.
