He can run on anyone. AP brings something new to the table. The defenses at this time are wayyy outdated, till they realize this and start coming up with something that can match AP, he will run loose

They will have to come up with a defense specially designed just for AP. But the great thing is this.....there is nothing that can stop him, so the defenses should just give up now.

Seriously though, its all a matter of getting first downs IMO. It won't do us any good if our offense will only be able to put out 30 total snaps a game.

I realized that.. I just dont think he will have that special of a game at Lambeau

It's also going to depend a lot on the blocking scheems for the plays called in this game. G.B. sees us a lot so imagination is a must. The O-line must do well if Adrian Peterson is going to have a SUPER game....otherwise he gets better than average yards....I will say 75+ give or take 5.

I think he gets 2 TDs in this one.

He'll play well; but, expecting another super performance...I'll settle for a little less. Just so Chill doesn't get stupid and limit the carries. I think a lot depends on how our pass D holds up. If Lord Favre gets an early lead, Chill might start throwing (which would be wrong). I'm hoping we just run, run and run some more. AP 75%, CT 25%. Hopefully, that will allow Tavaris DetBollComb to hit Rice over the top for a quick strike or two, with so many dudes in the box.

The Vikings have the best player. The Packers have the better team. It kind of reminds me of the games against the Lions in the 90s when they had Barry Sanders and you knew you had the better team, but were scared because you knew Barry could still beat you on just a couple of plays. I kind of get that feeling this week.

I think the Packers will be better coached than the Chargers when they game plan for AP. Norv Turner has wasted the talent he has with the Chargers. But AP still scares you no matter what schemes you come up with because you know he can break one anytime even if you held him in check the previous 10 times.

I think the key is who gets the early lead? As long as the Viikings have the lead, they can run AP all day. If the Packers get the lead and start pulling away, they'd force the Vikings to throw which would play into the hands of our pass rush against a young QB.

I remember the Vikings game where they held Sanders to just 16 yards rushing. We had good success containing Sanders, but there were some games where he flat out dominated our D.
