I watched the "Big Idea" show where they had an hour long show on the incident. The reason is just that, all the facts aren't out & everybody's dieing to know. In other incidents an arrest is made, the guilty is named --end of excitement about it.

This isn't going to get swept under the rug just because a name or two or even more are made public and possibly slapped on the wrist for what they did. This is going to be much more far reaching than that.
