I will sum up the story and get a quote for ya.....It keeps telling me my email format is invalid...... I don't know why. I thought it could be because I used hotmail and some sites wont allow that.
Then I tried Gmail- didn't work
Then I tried my Rutgers email- also didn't work.
So I don't know whats wrong with it.
Basically his dad has taken an interest in his career, unusual for him to miss a game or event.
Doesn't cut his son any breaks, a real ball buster.
So McCauley Sr. drove days to visit his son, when McCauley Jr. moved to Louisiana with his mother. And, except for the four years he was incarcerated for selling drugs, McCauley Sr. attended each of his son's track meets and all but two of his football and basketball games, one of which he missed while protesting his son's "lack of effort" in a previous performance.
"My (SR's) father was there, but he was not instrumental in my life, helping me keep my focus," McCauley Sr. said. "That's one thing I made sure. I was going to make sure I was always there."
McCauley Sr. steered many of his son's decisions, from joining the track and field team to improve his athleticism, to switching high schools, to selecting Fresno State over California, to completing his degree and even choosing an agent. In the process, McCauley Sr. offended many people, especially coaches, but McCauley Jr. credits his father for helping him achieve his NFL dream.

Whats being lost here in this dysfunctional world is that both parents took a active role in his life. He has graduated from college and will be a outstanding person, not just a great Viking.

Re: Always there - Marcus McCauley
Nice read.
Sr was right.
Junior's tackling in that game was weak.
He needs to start wrapping up and putting a helmet on people.
"Stay on his a-s-s, dad!"
