Re: Allen Goes Off - Tells It Like It is!

well, i think its better then pretending everythings all fine and jolly.
People don't get their ass into gear untill someone pushes them to do so.
If noone speaks out, nothing will change.
Allen is a good person to speak out, as he's a very vocal, loud guy, and you'll take what he says seriously.

    "Moral victories are for losers"
"We have talent, I just think we're not using it. We need to out there and play"
"We're 0-1 at home, which is nonsense. We're not supposed to lose at home."

    Great interview.

Yeah, I'm sure since there isn't a video on it it doesn't happen.

That was GREAT. I also like the hosts' persectives. I think they were very rational, and pretty much described the same frustration that MOST of the fans are feeling.
"I play for the love of the game; I play because there is no greater feeling than hearing 80,000 fans screaming when you smack somebody!"

Same thing happened last year and they ran off 5 straight.
Besides the point but thought I would just add my two cents
    ;D

Hopefully like Allen said, they need to remember this feeling and never let it happen again.
They need to be fired up and make each other accountable.
Chilly needs to make some changes right now.
If anything good comes out of this, I think this is where we can come up with a good assessment on how Chilly really is as a coach.
I am anxious to see how he handles this adversity.
If he continues to stay with the same packages then I will admit he is not the coach for this football team.

    I fricken love it!
Yesterday my worries were that there was no leaders on this team...at least on offense, that were intense enough and established enough to really push this team to clean up the mental lapses and turn this sinking ship around.
Now, I feel like they're as pissed as I am...I hope it shows up as a positive inspiration on the field next week...ALL GAME!

What's not to love about this guy?

"We gotta finish people, put their flame out when it's done"

Man, he looks pissed, I love his intensity. Of course they're irritated with the offense...when you don't score TD's in today's NFL, you don't win games.

However, I don't like the yelling in the locker room after a game like this.

Childress at 6% approval rating? Wow.
