All is well now with Vikings, Winfield

Antoine Winfield, who skipped some of the Vikings' early minicamps, had another good face-to-face meeting Wednesday with coach Brad Childress and said he is excited about starting training camp....

Re: All is well now with Vikings, Winfield
That, to me, speaks volumes.Childress admits he could have had better communication with his players during his first season, and that includes Winfield.
It shows that Childress is not afraid to admit his mistakes, and more importantly, learn from them.Zeus wrote:

Thanks Singer, another good article. It goes along with the Childress showing a different side thread, but yes he has his blueprint on the team and his system is in it's second year. This will bring our execution of the KAO way up. Everybody knows their assingments, and with less thinking there will be much better execution, and less pre-snap penalties, which really hurt us last year.
