Ah technology
I work for the corporate office for a local major electronics retailer. In our new circular for sunday they now have a stainless steel refrigerator that now has an LCD tv built right into the door. Wow I think it might be a little much but you just got to love technology. Now when I am putting together all my munchies sunday morning for a my vikings games I won't have to miss a minute of pregame stuff.

Sounds like a good idea to me!! Do you actually have one of these refrigerator's?

I get the most pissed off looks from people with my VKG 4 LFE Wisconsin license plate, and I LOVE IT!!

No they are a new item. The are selling for over $3,000.00 I can save about $1200.00 by being an employee so maybe sometime. I would love to be able to run to the fridge for another beer and not miss a play. But think of all the vikings tickets and beer I could get for the $3,000.00 that the fridge costs.

WOW!!! That would be great, never miss a play or replay when you want to get up and get another beer. Does you company have a web site with any pics of this? The price would be around $10,000-$20,000. And I am being nice.

Actually it is only around $3100.00 and I get it for quite a bit less. But if you get a sunday paper look at the best buy ad this sunday it is on the front cover. It is actually pretty cool. But sometimes I think technology is getting a little out of control. Anything to make us a little lazier and fatter.

Just get TiVO or PVR and you'll never miss a play again!

I have DVR (Dish network) and really can't see living without it now. Recording games, stopping live TV, being able to back up live TV for up to an hour. It raised the bar such that going back to normal TV is just too scary a thought.

i guess when the tv screen on the refrigerator becomes large enough, you can simply put the refrigerator in the living room instead of the kitchen
im waiting for high definition tv/refrigerator
