How does the league's top rusher improve? Working all offseason on other parts of his game to be an all-around threat.

I hope he hasn't slowed any.
It almost seemed like last season he was a tiny bit slower than he was his rookie season.

You have to be smart in the preseason. Adrian, CT, and most our front line guys should get a series with both Sage and Tarvaris. It is the first preseason game and lots of evaluating to do. Got to find a line between ready for the season, and banged up. I prefer a fresh Adrian when the bullets start flying for real.

I tend to agree.
But, sometimes my selfishness takes over and wants to see them play most of the preseason games..
just because I can't wait for the regular season to start.
Grrr..
One more day until kickoff to preseason!!

Preseason is time for young guys to make their name, and play with reckless abandonment.
This recklessness is precisely the reason that AD should be on the sideline.
You can't trust the other guy.
That is why most teams don't let there starters go more than one or two series, less likely to get to those players that have nothing to lose being in the game.

Didn't want to start a new thread, but:
