Adrian Peterson is a Savior

So recently in the town of Mason City, Iowa my home town the local school called North Iowa Area Community College cut its football program due to the economic decline. A day later I turn on the news and hear that Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has donated 150,000 dollars to the program so it could at least survive another year. He did this because one of the assistant coaches is his buddy. Is there anything this guy cant do, other than hold on to the football.

That's awesome. I think we all know AD is a good guy but it's always good to hear stuff like this

It was announced Tuesday that the program is being canceled due to budget cuts, but head coach Steve LaLonde said Thursday that Minnesota Vikings star Adrian Peterson is willing to give the program enough money to help get it through the 2009 season.

AD knows what to do with his money.
Haynesworth on the other hand will have a $100 million contract and the only place hell be donating it is to the feds.

WTF? Where did that come from. Alot of guys in the league give their time and money to charities. I don't believe it to be something out of the ordinary. It's just rare hat someone gets publicity for doing it.
