lol, I like how AD sets his bar high. There's nothing wrong with that.

But realistically, our passing attack has to significantly improve if he wants to be one of the few RB's that has rushed for 2,000 yards or more.

If he stays healthy I think this is achievable for him. The blocking should be better as well as the passing attack. He rushed for over a 1,000 in the first half last year, and he wasn't even the starter for the majority of those games. I expect he will have more yards than in 07 and hope he can set the nfl record.

I just hope he stays healthy for all of next year and for the rest of his career in a while staying in a vikes jersey the whole time!

No kidding, otherwise teams will just do what they did the last few games of the season and stack the box with 8-9 guys.
Jackson has to greatly improve, as does the production from the WRs.

for that to happen we need a qb thats a threat to throw the ball..if we do find one, then i think we can seriously look at 2500 yards rushing

I did a brief search, couldn't find the thread/article from right after the draft on his goals for his rookie season.
It would be nice if someone remembers the name of that thread.
I would like to revisit those goals.
I think that most people thought those goals were lofty considering he wasn't even the starter.

The Kid has confidence and he should.
