Adrian Peterson MVP question.
Do you think if AP breaks the rushing record(not to put the cart in front of the horse but...) do you think that will garner him the MVP, or is it too much to overcome with our team record and Brady being on pace for like 64 tds.
Has it ever happened where someone breaks a big record like the rushing record and been shut out by someone breaking a different huge record in the same year?
Re: Adrian Peterson MVP question.
If AP breaks the rushing record he should be MVP because he doesn't have as much to work with as Brady.
We have no pass game so, opponents know we are going to run, our pass D stinks so, we have less time of possession.
Brady has Moss, Stallworth, Welker, and a slew of other receivers that are better than most of our, also, he has a great RB in maroney, and a solid d that allow him to have the ball for much more time than our offense.

I doubt it.
They probably do not want a rookie to have it.
Especially if we are not in the playoffs.
Re: Adrian Peterson MVP question.
He should but the reality is there is a lot of politics involved (Agendas) in the NFL so it would not surprise me at all if he was shunned even if he truly deserves it. I have no doubt if he continues on his current pace and stays healthy he gets Rookie Of The Year Easily....but realistically I think it's a tuff nut to crack getting both honors the same year.
Would be Sweet Though!
Cheers!
Re: Adrian Peterson MVP question.
If Brady shatters the TD pass record and the Patriots end up 14-2, 15-1 or 16-0 ... he is a LOCK unless All Day ends up with like 2,500 yards or something. And I love A-Pete, but a QB on an undefeated team with a record completion percentage, TDs passes and passer rating would be more deserving. But hey ... the Pats deal with the devil will run out soon ... and Brady is going to end up missing like 4 or 5 weeks.
Re: Adrian Peterson MVP question.
I hope Brady does break the most TD's in one year. That's one less record Farvtard won't get.
Re: Adrian Peterson MVP question.
If the Vikes make the playoffs is the only way, then you could agrue the point
Brady has a slew of weapons going into each game, where as AD has a target on his back with no QB support at all...what is really amazing is he leads the entire nfl in rushing and I really dont think the rest of the nation knows how little he was used, prior to the chicago game... primarily the GB lost
Bradys TDs this year are crazy he'll win it...but Moss Stall and Welker had a lot to do with it
Re: Adrian Peterson MVP question.
Brady will win it unless he gets hurt soon.
AD has an outside shot if we make the playoffs and he scores like 12 more TD's and breaks 2000 yards.
We can only pray (for both those events to happen).
It was nice to watch the media slurp AD's jock all week.
All season we've been forced to watch Favre, Romo, Brady, and the likes have their scrotums fondled.
Thank God we have a SUPERSTAR on our team again.

Farvtard will never get that record anyways ... and his all-time TDs and likely his wins record will go down too.
Re: Adrian Peterson MVP question.
AP is God. Whatever award you can think of, yes, give it to him.
