Re: Add Fuel to the Fire.
The only problem is with Brad Johnson he is not going to get 250plus yards unless one of two things happen
1. We are playing from behind
2. We have a long td pass like in the game vs. Detroit to K-Rob
Frankly I dont want him to throw for 250plus yards because that would mean something happened that we didnt want to happen so Brad Johnson continue throwing for 150 yards but just keep winen.
I cant believ i am saying this when i have brad in a fantasy league.

Re: Add Fuel to the Fire.
I watched the Bears game yesterday, and the reason they lost was because:
- There were a LOT of missed tackles (17+ in the first half!)
- All the luck that has been going there way in the past, wasn't going there way yesterday. They forced 3 fumbles but the Steelers recovered all 3. Any other game they would have all been returned for TDs
- The Bears win because they limit opponents to less than 10 points because that's all their offense can muster. Well the offense got 9 points (missed the extra point!!) but the defense couldn't keep them in check.
Steelers have a good change of pace with Parker and Bettis. Bettis was unstoppable inside the redzone yesterday. If we can limit (doubt we can stop) the running game, and double Ward all day, we have a good chance of containing them. Hopefully our offense will be able to click. I thought they did pretty well considering that the Rams blitzed 70% of the time.Halo 4. Start another fight.

Wow, Salisbury has a firm stance on this one! Last week on Sportscenter he said the Vikes were going to make the playoffs! Douche.

Yes. I do remember the two game indoor stat...
I was practically jumping up and down when I heard that on MNF!!
It's like our (old) playing outdoor stat...
-side note about that.. this year we are much better outdoors compared to last year.. giants and green bay win off the top of my head-i m better than you, so just give up...

It is their job to say what they think, so if Salisbury really thinks this then he has to say it. I disagree with him, I think picking us to lose two home games in a row to end the season is an odd thing to do since we have always been good in the dome (remember when everyone picked the Chiefs a couple of years ago and we spanked the crap out of them?) ... but I am not gonna harp on an expert for making his picks, expecially when he does pretty well with picks overall and based on the fact that I think alot of analysts think we might lose those two games ..."The Vikings will loose 2 of thier next 3 and not make it into the playoffs"-Sean Salisbury.
Over this week, I have the feeling pretty much noone is gonna give us a shot to win this game, and every "expert" will rip us apart and give us no chance against the steelers. So I've created this thread to post atricles or quotes from "experts" who deem us to have no chance.
Add some fuel to this fire we call the Vikings....
Plenty also think we do fine and get in (i.e. Skip Bayless) ... so I just hope they are right!!

I used to like Salisbury but this year he's had more waffles to his credit than a Waffle House. The guy has proved to me that he's an absolute idiot when it comes to the NFL.
The best part of my day is when I get down on my knees, with my head in my hands, and thank GOD for everything he has given me.
