    I think I'll take AP's word?

    Go for it

Until I see less 8 man fronts i'll disagree

Not saying he can't or won't but so far I haven't seen it

I doubt any team is going to fully give up on the 8 man front unless it's 3rd and long.
What AD was saying is Favre can recognize where the D is going, who's dropping into coverage, whether AD needs to break it out or in, and changes AD's route or the play accordingly.

Favre's ability to read Ds and tweek plays could be the difference between a 1700yd and 2000yd season.

Heck with the debate over the 8 man box.

With the 8 man box it makes it more likely that AD will get huge plays like the one we saw in Clevetown to average 125 yds/game.

Without 8 men in the box, he gets 5 yards a carry for an average of 125 yds/game.

Defenses will have to choose their poison.

If we can get BB running at full speed, we will see what happens with 8 in the box.
Maybe we can get Harvin on a slant through that 8 man box.
Rice on an out and up on the sideline.
With 8 men in the box, we might also see some big pass plays.
    This will hopefully get exciting.
    Let's keep improving.

Wasn't the blitz the way to get at TJ too, the Iggles thought so.
Once BF gets N'sync with his WRs and feels he knows exactly what they will do he will throw instead of taking the sack.
The way I see it is that he is protecting the ball right now by taking those sacks.
I have faith this will work out.
Those DB blitzes with no protection do make me nervous though.

Something to remember, 8 man fronts are sometimes created due to the formations we come out in. Double tight sometimes brings a CB into the box. However, from the TV audiences POV, it was a defensive called play that placed him in there. We run a lot of double tight sets.

you have to remember this is still All days team, with double TE sets we will see
8 man in the box it just creates more mismatches we can capitalize later in the season

    Yah saw tons of it

We do run alot of double TE sets

Which would also bring in 8.. Which it did for Jackson as well

I think once we start spreading them out and making some decent down field passes they will slowly start taking people out.. So far they haven't.. I can't wait tho
