Thread: Accountability

I really believe to be successful in the NFL you have to have a head coach who holds his players accountable. I don't get the feeling that some of our players feel that they could find themselves looking for another team if they don't perform. Even though I like Frazier as a person I think he is always looking at himself getting better in order for the team to get better. He needs to make it clear that his players need to get a whole lot better in order for the team to compete or he'll find someone else who will. When there is a little fear injected into the work enviroment the performance level increases.
