You're writing guys off/picking guys that haven't even had a chance to show what they can do.

Agreed WAY WAY to early to predict a 53 man roster. I can pretty much guarentee that at least 2 players from your cut list would maqke the team. Plus there will be at least 2 other players on this team that are currently not on the roster.
