Doubt it. His Dad played for the Vikings*, has a lot more connection to the purple and gold.

No KC finished last in there division for the third time in the four years since he left.

I never had any such debate. I picked him out as the #1 target for us in FA that year (before the Chiefs tagged him). It was completely obvious that he was an unstoppable monster and we hadn't really had a three down top sack artist at DE since Chris Doleman.

Yeah, but they were in the playoff hunt until the last couple games of the season (last place was one game behind three teams that finished 8-8), they won the division the year before and they have a team that is much better than ours this year IMO.
