Soo it really depends.. We could go into the Playoffs with 9-7.. Remember we beat the Panthers so that would give us the Edge if they were to go 9-7.. Lets hope we can beat the Bears.. We seriously need to beat the bears..

• The Chiefs would be the No. 5 seed in the AFC based on better division record than the Broncos.

• The Saints would be the No. 2 seed based on better conference record than the Cowboys.





Guys if you really think about it if we win next wk we really arent that far out cuz we own the tiebreaker over Carolina and there #6 which would get us in cuz the top 6 goes into the playoffs

There is no doubt in my mind that if we win out, we will be in the playoffs. We may even get in with one loss. Look at the teams ahead of us...

Philly is done. They were struggling before (1-4 in their last 5) and they play Indy tonight and Dallas and Carolina both down the road. Plus, with McNabb out they may not beat anyone.

The Giants look awful. Eli is throwing games away left and right, Tiki is still criticizing Coughlin and their defense is missing 6 starters. They are so beat up and so full of turmoil that I think they've pretty much folded the tent, especially today after blowing a 21-0 lead against the Titans.

Carolina will be our biggest obstacle, IMO. We hold the tiebreaker over them which is great but Carolina has a winnable schedule the rest of the way out.

We still have games left against St. Louis...Atlanta is ready to keel over and die I think with Vick sucking and their defense playing poorly and I don't think San Fran has enough talent to make it.

If we win out there's no doubt we're in. If we lose one more, I say we're on the outside looking in but still have a shot. If we lose two...I think we're done.

best case scenario would be if the 49ers and the saints win their divisions since we own the tie breakers over the the seahawks and the panthers.
even if we lose next week looking at that its still possible to get into the playoffs with some help from loses from a few teams

but winning next week would definitely help a lot

I'd take getting in at #6...cause you never know...the Stillers did it last year...albeit with a better offense than we have right now!
