11-5 JESUS WE HAVE AN EASY SCHEDULE!!

My quick analysis:

Week 1 - The Jags weren't much better than us last year. This is a winnable game.
Week 2 - Glad to be going to Indy early in the season, before Luck comes into his own. This game is also winnable.
Week 3 - Very little chance that we pull this one out.
Week 4 - Detroit is tougher now, especially at home with a healthy QB and Megatron. I don't have a lot of faith in this one either.

After the first quarter of the season, I would not be surprised to see us at 2-2.

Week 5 - Now we are getting into the stretch, when hopefully some of our newer players are starting to come together. I give this one near 50/50, with an edge to TN.
Week 6 - I would have preferred to meet RGIII early in the season, like we did with Luck. But no Luck (pun intended). This game will hinge on how well Washington has adapted their game plan to suit RGIII. Call me crazy, but I think we take this one, even though I put our odds at 50/50.
Week 7. It is at home, where we tend to beat AZ. But I don't see our corners being able to match up against Fitz.
Week 8 - Thursday night game, at home, on NFL Network, Halloween week. I hate Thursday games - not only because they are hard on the players - but also because it is hard for me to get to them! At least we have a home prime time spot, which is more than I expected (every team gets at least one prime time this year, but didn't have to be at home).

After 2 quarters, I see us at 3-5.

Week 9 - Going to Seattle in Nov. Yuck. Hopefully TJack is still their starter...
Week 10 - Detroit comes to Minny. I think we take this one and avoid the sweep.
Week 11 - Bye - I like the late bye. We will have some players who will need tro heal up.
Week 12 - Going to Chicago in late Nov. Double Yuck. Doubtful we can pull this one off.
Week 13 - Going to Green Bay in early Dec. Seriously WTF. Another loss.

3 out of 4 quarters done, and we are 5-7.

Week 14 - Chicago comes back to Minny. Probably beats us again.
Week 15 - We go to St Louis. Thank god St Louis is still worse than us.
Week 16 - Swing down to Houston. They will likely be fighting for a playoff spot. And we aren't...
Week 17 - Finish the season with an ass whooping from Green Bay. Gee thanks.

I have us finishing the season at 6-10. Not great, but then again it will be improvement over the last year...

So taking half of the maybes as a yes and the one yes that gives us 3 1/2 wins. And given our proclivity for blowing a game in the last 2 min that puts us at 3 wins IMHO As you can see I am giving the team lots of room to surprise me and there is nothing I would like better.
