DeAngelo Williams - Can be the third down back we been waiting for.. He is fast, elusive and great for screens.
Johnaton Joseph/Champ Bailey - Need a CB Please
Draft Luck/Locker/Mallet NO CAM NEWTON. i smell Tjack all over him..or he cud be a josh freeman, so its a toss up.

Personally would not mind Newton, unlike Jackson who has a losing aura, Newton has a winning one. Still, any QB would suffice

I would LOVE Newton by the way. He is made to wreak havoc in the NFL. But I also would be happy with Luck, Locker or Mallet.
If we end up 5-11 we will definitely get a shot at one of them.
Need to keep Rice and Greenway for sure as they both still have a lot of time left in them. Need to make some moves on the offensive line obviously. Nothing spectacular but need to get some solid depth and people who will WORK (no more Loadholt's and McKinnie's who are all talent no ethic).
A lot needs to be done. But one of those four QBs I think would be a step in the right direction.

I really like Newton. He can do everything physically. He'd just have to prove that he can adjust to the mental game at the next level.

My wish list:
Quarterback.
Safety - Williams has got to go.
A Berrian replacement - he's practically useless.
O-line depth/ McKinnie and Loadholt to get their asses in gear.
Additionally I would like full time officials, for all plays to be reviewable, a rookie wage scale, elimination of blackout rules, and for there to be no lockout.
Edit: I just realized who I was quoting. Long time no see 2456. You graduate yet?

Re: 2011 Draft/FA Wishlist
We must need almost one of everything.....two of some things.
Luck is the best QB to draft.
Shore up the sagging O and D lines and get them in shape.
Secondary needs a few people.
Actually, our situation makes it easier.....we don't have to worry much about which position.
Just draft a bunch of the best people we can get.
TJ may give new meaning to the term "Free Agent." Nobody is going to want him unless he's free. It's what you learn after you know it all that counts.

Is Deangelo Williams actually going to go FA? Same with JJ/CB. I'd imagine Williams and Joseph will get re-signed.

Re: 2011 Draft/FA Wishlist
I doubt DeAngelo Williams will be a back up, let alone to a guy who gets the rock 350 times a year.
But our needs are pretty obvious
QB- Luck is out of the question, so I like Newton, Locker, Stanzi, or Ponder, in that order.
OL- Every position on our oline is upgradeable. Rodney Hudson would be a good pick because he can play Guard or Center. Riley Rieff from Iowa is probably the best tackle if he declares.
S- Abdulluh is okay, the others suck. Especially Williams. Not a good draft for safeties though. Hopefully there is some FA options.
WR- Assuming Rice is gone. Which I think he is. We need a physical receiver ala Blackmon from Oklahoma State, Jon Baldwin from Pitt, or Julio Jones.
CB- Asher Allen is terrible, but this depends on Griffin. I think Cook will be good if he can stay healthy. VERY deep CB draft though, if Prince Amakurama or Patrick Peterson fall to us it'd be very hard to pass, but if we're still running cover 2 I doubt we go corner early (again).

There is no way we get to draft Luck so the only one left I think we can get that I would want would be Mallet. He is a big strong pocket passer with a great arm. His down side is he is a big strong pocket passer. With our line he will be dead man throwing. But if he can be a Rothlesberger and extend the play he will be a great one for us.
Newton reminds me of Culpooper, VY and Jamarcus Russell. No thank you!!!!
There s only two things stopping you - fear and common sense!! The Truth you CAN"T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!

Re: 2011 Draft/FA Wishlist
Gotta lock up what we have in Greenway, AD needs a contract extension,
I have no idea what do to at QB.. Andrew Luck is long gone and Ryan Mallett doesnt not seem to look like a kid that will come in at start in his first season.. Jake Locker and the rest of the quarterback class is in my eyes horrible.. I like Pat Devlin, but he is a small school project and he is not coming in here being the saviour.
Need more depth in the secondary, we lost 1 player there this season and it was horrible..
If we have a shot at AJ Green and we pass, im hanging myself..
Outside of runningback and tight end, i could see this team drafting at every position in the draft.. way to many needs.

PUT IN JACKSON!
