It looks considerably eaiser than this year's opponets, depending on who we get as the at large NFC East and South games. Is that dependent on the previous year's record?
Time to start making PPO roadtrip plans?
For me it is either going to be Arizona or NFC South.
I'm not traveling cross country to freeze my butt off when I can do that here in Minny.

As of now we would be hosting the Giants as well and traveling to Carolina. I would be able to swing the Carolina game I think.

    Charlotte, hmmmm.
NOt much going on in the Charlotte area is there though?
I've been there a few times and thought it was decent.
I guess I'm more curious to see the new AZ facility and maybe do some outdoorsy stuff for a few days like hiking and camping.

My guess is we'll get more folks interested in the Carolina game since many are doing Arizona this year.

Arizona sounds better than Carolina but Charlotte wouldn't be that bad of a drive for me. I think there will be plenty of East Coasters interested in this game.

    The rotation through the AFC?

Anyways, I will be at the Cleveland game!
Lets get together on the Saturday before and go to the Hall of Fame!

    1)San Francisco
    2)Seattle
    3)Baltimore
    4)Cincinnati
5)NYG(We're currently in 1st, they secured 1st in the NFC East)
    6)Arizona
    7)St. Louis
    8)Cleveland
    9)Pittsburgh
    10)Carolina(for now)

    Plus 6 division games.

    BIG TIME EDIT:
Scratch that, I realized after thinking about this for a second, that the teams labeled "NFC East" and "NFC South" are based on the standings of this year. So NFC East will be the Giants if we win the division. NFC South will be whoever wins the NFC south.

No ... they are saying we are playing the NFC East team that finishes in the same spot as us (Giants) and the South team that finishes in the same spot as us (Carolina) not that we are playing the whole division.
My bad for the confusion, the problem was addressed before you guys finished your posts.

Lol ... it is kind of like when the schedule is officially released people will bitch how the "NFL is screwing us with a hard schedule" as if it has not been fixed for the last fucking decade.
Those same people will be ... "look how easy [insert team] schedule is!!! .... this is bull!" as if it has not been fixed for a decade.
We play the Browns every four fucking years folks. Not that hard to understand (last played them in Tice's final season when Garcia was there, beat them in the Dome with Brad Johnson). And we play in Cleveland every EIGHT years ... this will not change ... it is how it is with EVERY SINGLE AFC TEAM!
The NFC teams are a little different as you can end up playing one of them every year as long as you keep finishing in the same spot in your divisions ... but it is still predetermined years in advance.

See ... watch this ... and this is seriously off the top of my head

In 2010 we will play (just from memory we would be on the AFC East and NFC East):
Home: Chicago, Green Bay, Detroit, Buffalo, Miami, Dallas, N.Y. Giants, NFC West
Away: Chicago, Green Bay, Detroit, New England, N.Y. Jets, Philadelphia, Washington, NFC South

In 2011 we will play (NFC South and AFC West):
Home: Chicago, Green Bay, Detroit, New Orleans, Tampa Bay, Denver, Kansas City, NFC West
Away: Chicago, Green Bay, Detroit, Carolina, Atlanta, Oakland, San Diego, NFC East

In 2012 we will play (NFC West and AFC South)
Home: Chicago, Green Bay, Detroit, Arizona, St. Louis, Tennessee, Jacksonville, NFC South
Away: Chicago, Green Bay, Detroit, San Francisco, Seattle, Indianapolis, Houston, NFC East

Let's start talking about all of those season's too. I am hoping to see them next season @ St.L and @ Carolina. Also plan on seeing them in 2010 here in Washington and 2011 in Atlanta.

    Wait a minute....
    1)San Francisco
    2)Seattle
    3)Baltimore
    4)Cincinnati
5-8)NFC EAST: NYG, PHI, WAS, DAL
    9)Arizona
    10)St. Louis
    11)Cleveland
    12)Pittsburgh
13-16)NFC South: CAR, TB, ATL, NO

    Plus 6 division games?

    I don't think we'll be playing 22 games next season ...

at least not in the regular season!

And even still, the most we could play is 20.
    Yeah wtf?
