2006 Vikings training camp

PPE you coming to mankato? =) and PurpleRide, dont worry... hopefully they'll step up to the plate and keep training camp here until a new stadium is built, at that point wilf wants to join it all into one, so they dont need to have winter park, mankato, and the stadium

41 years is a long tradition to end just because they're not making as much money as they could be

Just a couple of months away from the start of the season.. Time has gone by pretty quick.. We only have about 10 weeks to wait..

Just wondering why they are still using Midwest Wireless name. They sold that company. The street party is the City of Mankato's ribfest. It's VERY cool. Lots of stuff to do with tons of food &, plenty of BEER. I too hope they stay in Mankato and not move camp until the new stadium is built. I'd hate to have to drive to Suck Falls SD, Fargo ND "or other" to sleep in my pick-up truck box for 14 days to see Training Camp.
The City of Mankato Visitors Center is stating that the move in day for rookies & some vets is on the 27th. Does anyone know if that's correct ?

We don't know where we are staying but it is somewhere in between the Mall of America and Mankato!!! My lil' brother could care less about football!!! :shock:

You guys are so lucky to live close enough to go to camp! Maybe I can get a cheap Steelers ticket. Price should go down now that the QB is injured. :lol:
