anyone know what the deal with devonte edwards is?? how long he's out.
broken arm hurts, but is he officially done for the season.
it depends on the extent of the break.
The Vikings put Edwards on IR, so he's done for the season.

Welcome to the site Kool Aid.
Your synopsis of the defense is pretty good.
I agree with you on every part especially with Napo.
As far as DBs are concerned, our starting 4 are great.
    Not worried there.
Depth, we have Cedric Griffith, Greg Blue, and Ronyell Whitaker.
I have a positive feeling for Grif and Whit.
I question Blue's coverage skills though he hits a ton.
I'm really not too worried there yet unless we have a lot of injuries.
I know I may open a can of worms here but my only other question is Winfield.
Yes he's a great tackler and he makes some big plays.
However, the WRs usually catch the ball in front of him.
He plays conservatively to keep his man in front of him but the other team usually gets yardage out of the play.
Like I said, I know this will open a can of worms but I'd be interested to see Winfield's stats on how many passes are thrown his way and how many are actually caught.

Defense is gonna be good the only teams i c us having trouble against are panthers, patriots, and cardinals so we are gonna have to win those with some offense

I agree with you that his coverage skills are a big question mark.

That said, it makes me wonder if Sharper or Smith goes down... Do the safety schemes stay the same, or if they'll roll the surviving veteran to center field so they canuse Blue more closely to the line? It would be a question of weather Blue or one of our OLBs has a better match-up defending the pass...

I think they will roll with the flow.
IMO Ronyell may get more playing time this year than most of us think.
He's tough and a hard worker.
He wants to play and paly well.
It will be an interesting scenerio.
    It is ashame about Dovante.
    I like his potential.

I know you're new, so I don't want to knock you too bad, but this has been discussed in many threads, with people having restated what you've said 100000 times. Welcome to the site and post often, just look in other threads before you make another one... that's all. Btw, our defense will win us the NFC Title this year (still out on the Superbowl, AFC is strong)
Trying to bring rationale to an irrational site
