Even if we manage to win some games he still should be fired.
If your goal is a Superbowl then you cannot have a coach like Brad.

As much as I dislike Childress and want him gone (never wanted him here to begin with) its not all his fault, but it is partially his fault.
I am 100% for firing him today though, and cutting TJ. Maybe someone wants a 3rd string QB, he certainly wouldnt be picked up as a backup. The way the offense looks now, the rest of the season is shot anyways. Why not rebuild and maybe win some games, other then against the Lions.
