11-1
So what's the combined record of all the teams we lost too? Not something to hang your hat on, but something to make the bleeding feel a bit better. Hell, anything (other than heavy drugs), helps right now.

Yeah we have lost to three very solid and apparent playoff teams, and all three are strong contenders to win their division. I still don't like getting killed like we did in Cincy and Atlanta, but I don't feel like we are done. I still think we have a lot of winnable games left.

Re: 11-1
We STILL have to beat the beatable teams to establish ourselves in the middle of the NFL...and maybe beat teams that are a little better to win enough games to win the division and establish ourselves as a legitimate playoff team...one capable of maybe winning a playoff game or two. We suck right now...but you never know when the talent that we have will turn the corner...a month, two months, maybe not until next year...but it will come together!

That is like putting a Band Aid on a bullet wound. We should be able to beat Atlanta, cinci or the Bucs. I don't want us to just back into the playoffs and than get blown out. To me, its superbowl or bust.

The Bucs game was ours on that last drive, that pick really killed us.

I get the most pissed off looks from people with my VKG 4 LFE Wisconsin license plate, and I LOVE IT!!

But even though the teams we lost to are good, we got absolutely mauled by two of them. If the Vikings had it together, those would have at least been close games."Meet at the quarterback!" -Purple People Eaters

Re: 11-1
I truley belive that if we would have won that bucs game, we would have been 3-1 now. No way, what happend in cincci would have happend if we had went in with some confidence. The loss to the falcons was inevitable. they are pimped out.

Re: 11-1
somehow the fact that we got beat by teams that have really good records doesn't make me feel any better about our performances in any of the games we lost. we were just lucky to still be in that game against the bucs. plus to me to say that, that the only reason we are losing is because we played teams that have a combined record of 11-1 would just be a big excuse.

Thanks Josdin

Yes it's an excuse, but at times like these, what elese is there? I know you wouldn't rather have lost to the Packers, Cardinals, Titans, etc. by the same point margine. Now would you?

Re: 11-1
i don't want to lose period, that's a given for any fan. i know it would be embarrasing to lose to the lower quality teams but it still is a loss. there are no excuses why we are playing like crap, the entire team is playing like crap, i'll explain that to anybody who starts giving me crap about continuing to root for the vikes. no reason to hide behind an excuse, it just is a sad attempt to avoid the fact the vikings aren't playing well at all.

Thanks Josdin
