They call them "teammates" instead of friends on wavf.com, but yeah, it is pretty much like MySpace.
It is OK - definately not a forum based site like PP.O.
I am members of a few of the larger communities, including Sid's, and some of them ( like Vikings Victory Voyage) are rather active.

but back on the topic of 100% Cheese Free, yes NP like you said he's without a doubt the most recognizable fan in the Dome, along with Spiking The Viking (who occasionally doesn't go all out anymore).

He's a great guy, the one thing I always remember reading about is when Randy got traded to Oakland, one of the reasons he was sad was because of the relationship he developed with Syd and his wife... so he autographed his rookie jersey and gave it to him

Haha. That guy is the reason we were late to the PP.O tailgate last year.

We stopped at the gas station across the street from the Holiday Inn Metrodome to get some beer to bring to the tailgate but didn’t realize you couldn’t purchase before noon so we walk out of the store, minus the beer, and this taxi whips up right in front of us and out jumps Syd and his wife Susan.


We ended up talking to him and his wife for a few minutes, they were way cool and they invited us over to tailgate with them and their friends.
Come to find out, they rent out that warehouse that is located right next to the gas station on Washington Ave.
Anyway, we figured we would stay for a few minutes and then move on, but this guy took us around and individually introduced us to like 50 of his friends.
Long story short, we drank more than we should have, got lost, then made it to the PP.O tailgate later than planned.
