"1.3" can be alot of different things to alot of different people.
If your trying to divide it or with it, can be pretty frustrating... especially if you are without one of those things called a "calculator"
It could be the size of your large Tostitos bag that you snack on on GameDay that you got from Sam's Club that reads in big print "1 POUNDER!"
Or it could simply be the number of beers you decide to have at a friend's house before driving home (the .3 being the sip you sneak off your buddy's when he isn't looking).
But very rarely is it the rating for a winning quarterback, especially when the team he got that win against has had the best run defense in the league for many many weeks. To get that 1.3 quartback rating, this quarter back threw for 34 yards, 3 interceptions, and completed 6 of 19 passes (31.6% of his passes).
This quarterback I speak of is Rex Grossman (or as some Bears fans have been calling him, WRECKS Grossman), the quarterback for the Chicago Bears who got a win (no thanks to him) this past Sunday against our beloved Minnesota Vikings.
How this managed to happen is beyond me.
Many are calling for a quartback change with Brad to fix the problem, many don't know where to start. All in all - frustration.
Either way, the Bears now have the division, and our only hope is a wildcard, which is somehow still how possible, yet very slim. Many are fans of TJack and saw what he did in pre-season and think we'll win better that way. Others like the way of Bollinger.
Some look to coach Childress in saying "he isn't preparing the players to win".
Granted this is Childress' first year at coach, and our first year in alot of new things. One way or the other, we aren't winning, and people know that and forget all about him being new and everything else that goes along with it.
Because as we all know, this league is all about "what have you done for me lately"

It really doesn't help when your QB played just as bad.
I'm happy that Rex didn't have a big game so he could smack talk and rub in Sharpers face.
The Bears are going to have a tough time winning in the playoffs if they don't fix their offense soon.MC's run away when I kick it

1.3 is ridiculous!
I was listening to Colin Cowherd today, and he said that even if the 1.3 is in celcius it's still a horrible farenheit rating of around 40. I thought that waspretty funny.

I, for one, hope that they keep him in there...that way, they can end up one and done in the playoffs...getting upset by the first team that they play!

1.3 is a high combined IQ for a Bears and Packer fan.

BJ's rating was 10.3
B-Bol's was 99.1
T-Jacks was 101.0
10.3 is lousy, 1.3 is just pathetic!
