Webby, FF Commisioner, Mods, should look at this....

I've been in the FF league for the past 2 years, and I'm thanfull for being able to play. It's truly a fun league and most of us seem to have a ball with it.





Well, I've been trying to help Jman with the Date and Times for the draft, but after some emails I recieved, seems he's the only one that Friday doesn't work for and Sunday had 3 people in the Page Div with problems on that date.





since no one took the lead and a group manager, I decided we had to get the date and time done, as the Comish asked for.





I decided that the greater number of people where happy with the Friday Night Draft and time.
And only one guy had a problem with it, compaired to 3 having problems with a suggested Sunday Evening change date and time.






So I decided to stick with the least amount of players being effected and decided on sticking with the original Friday Night Draft.

I've recieved emails saying that Sunday won't be good for 3 others already.....Sorry to say but looks like we will have to stick to Friday...Don't get to upset, it's the real season that gets fun, and thats what this is all about, a fun league..





Can I suggest, do a pre draft for yourself, your players will be on your team anyways, if still there that is. Either way, they would be taken if you are there or not.




Sorry, but this is the hard part every year, seems someone always misses out of the draft because of work or something.
Don't feel singled out, your not.




I myself couldn't draft last year, but still had a decent team and had a ball.

Sorry you feel that way, but hey, i'm not the one to be explaining things to around here. I'm not the boss and don't make the final decisions.
If you wanted things to go your way, why didn't you take the lead and make the effort to change the date and time yourself.





Now you have a piss pour attitude and cry you won't give it a good effort.
This is a fun league, but I can see you want to ruin that already.
With your attitude, I"de say why don't you just quit now and let someone who wants to play, in on the league.





Matter of fact, i think you should be tossed for making the comment you did.......

I tried to change the date, who else has posted on our blog besides u and me? obviously i would like to play. also i have messaged webby about switching divisions so i could make the draft but all of my request fell on deaf ears.
I am not going to argue about this man but what can i do? I work as a server and we actually work during weekends so my hands are tied this has nothing to do with my attitude but if i am going to invest the time and energy to run a FF team the way I like to I have to be there to pick my players.






If it's that dam important to you Jman, then take the day off of work.
Hell, we have some guys in Europe who have to pick their picks very late into the night, or should I say early AM their time. But I don't see them complaining.
I explained, Sunday didn't work for 3 guys and Friday only one.
Sorry it was you, but thats how it was.
You could put a serious effort into a pre draft for yourself if you really wanted to play that bad and your that serious of a player.
We all know that any real serious player maked his final picks and selections during the final hours of any given week.
So I don't buy the busy weekend story.
Sounds to me like you wouldn't have a good time no matter how the league is worked...



You should let someone else step in though if your not going to be happy.
There are a number of guys who would love to jump in for tomorrows draft and run a team.




But it's your spot to either follow thru with and play, or give it up.
