I'd go with Romo, myself.
Vick is such a crapshoot as a fantasy QB.

Tough call there snow. I think it depends on how many points you get for rush yards vs. pass yards.
If you get a lot of points for rush yards from QBs, I'd go for Vick against Carolina. Peppers is one of the few players that can contain Vick and run him down, but there's no Mike Rucker on the other side and the Carolina D is beat up, so he should be able to run on them.
If it's a pass yards based system, go for Romo. The Eagles' secondary has been playing well lately and they're pretty good against the pass, but Romo is going to get you a whole lot more through the air with Owens and Glenn at reciever.

I beat someone in the first round of playoffs in a Yahoo league I run because he started Vick two weeks ago vs. Tampa Bay and he did nothing.
That's why I think you go with Romo, the safe start.
Maybe not as big a possibility, but I think he's more likely to get a steady 20-25 points over Vick.

I got Vick playing in my league, but dont have a better option, lol (leinart or Young)
Carolina is going down in flames and theres a lot to play for in the game, i think he'l do alright, not the 4 TD game he had last week, but should give you average numbers.
i havent been sold on Romo contrary the entire world it seems. he had a couple good games, but hes falling back to earth as every back QB does after a couple weeks of play. Philys Run D is terrible, im guessing, and hoping that dallas will run more with Barber.

I would go with Romo, He has alot more weapons than Vick does. Granted Vick has Crumpler, But the Falcons Wide Receivers arent making the cut. Romo has Owens Glenn and Jason Witten to through to. Plus is Dunn going to play this week. You have to have a running game to open up the pass game. Granted Vick can do that for himself, but with Jones and Barber running against the Philly D that is ranked 5th from last giving up a total of 138.6 yds a game, i believe that will open up the passing game for Romo my opinion though I am having problems deciding on my game too!
I would definitely go with Romo, as of now he is producing a lot more and seems like a much more reliable QB
