Trade question?

Can anyone advise on the following trade options - usually I don't trade during the season but wondered about this.
I've been approached to see if I'd trade Brian Westbrook, who currently sitting on the bench. The other guy doesn't have much on terms of RB's - hence his enquiry - and I'm fairly well set at WR.
I was looking to offer Matt Hasselbeck and Brian Westbrook to him for Peyton Manning. He gets a RB upgrade and a solid QB and I upgrade my QB.
Thoughts ?

honestly, hassel + westbrook != Pmanning..

but good luck.. u never know.. he might be desperate!!

Who are your other rbs and qbs?
I can't fathom a league where you have westbrook on the bench unless there's like 3 teams in it.

You must have to Homerun hitters for RBs as it is if you have Westbrook on the bench for performance reasons.
It is difficult to get people to go for the 2 for one.

The answer really can't be given until I know the rest of your team.

Hasslebeck is trash, so basically it's like trading B-West for Peyton.

My current RBs are Edgerrin James & Willie Parker and my QB's are Hasselbeck & David Garrard.

The league works on QB, 3 x WR, 2 x RB, TE, K, DEF

I would take the chance to get P.Man.
It is nice to have 3 Solid RBs but this way you have a HR hitter at QB.
look throught the FA rubble and pick up a third back.
The Green Bay backfield hasn't settled yet and Jones is coming back for the Lions.
