I did the same thing. I picked the Lions week 1, just figured it wasn't my game.

I tried to be sneaky a couple of weeks with teams I didn't want to have hanging around at the end.

Damn hard competition.

...I picked ahead to make sure I had good potential match-ups later in the season, and then would modify them as teams' performance changed.

My loss was picking the Redskins home against St. Louis.
How can you lose that game?
It just doesn't get any worse than that.

We still have five unbeatens though.
