Hola.

Here's the basics...

If you played last year, you'll get an invite.
Notice the key word is PLAYED.
Ultra's list of those who did not will be used to cull the list.

As far as filling other spots go - I'll start a DIFFERENT thread later for sign-ups.
I honestly feel that first-come, first-serve is the only fair way to do it, even though that can suck if you're fourth-come and fourth-served for, say, only 3 spots.

One recommendation though, maybe you could also have a few guys that don't make the grade standing by in reserve.
If (hopefully we won't see it this year) someone doesn't participate enough to warrant his/her team, one of those guys/gals could be plugged in to run that team.

If I didn't make the first cut (didn't get a team) I would be more than happy to take over a team.
Anyone who has played FF knows that the draft is important, but moves made during the season are just as critical to winning anything.

Long story short, would I be completely happy taking over someone elses left overs?
Probably not thrilled, but I sure would in a second to ensure I got the chance to start from scratch the following year. ;D
