PPO Fantasy Football League
So, I see the PPO league is up and raring to go.
My biggest problem (outside of the low-rent FF website) with the league last year was the "dead-beat" owners who did not participate.
Question 1:
Are we kicking those people out?
Question 2:
How do we go about making sure that doesn't happen again?
Thanks,
=Z=

Re: PPO Fantasy Football League
I am glad you brought this up.
Last season I posted this thread:

Some of the people who failed to submit a lineup royally screwed some people over.
I have the list of these members from last year and they will not be permitted to play.
I think that if a member fails to submit a lineup twice, they are out and we will find another member to take the team.

I know some of the folks claimed they never got the password email, but once that problem was identified, Webby got them the information and they never showed up.I am glad you brought this up.

Re: PPO Fantasy Football League
I checked out the Fantasy forum and am very interested in getting into one of the leagues but have a few questions.
a. Do you just log into a league or do you need to get an invite and then register?
b. Do you have a live draft or is it done by computer?
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

Ask if you can join, if deemed worthy by the Commish, you'll get an invite.
B.
Live draft using the website.
Took FAR TOO LONG last year when dead-beats did not show up.

It's just that owners from last year got an email announcing it. Or at least I did.Hold on folks, wait for the announcement with instructions and details.

I'll look forward to more info. It has to be better than last year, or I won't be in on it.
The draft in my league took something like 8 hours because people weren't there.
Thanks to PPE for the sig.
