    Phillip Rivers

Do any of you think that Phillip Rivers will have any long-term fantasy value this season?

I'm having a hard time deciding wether I want to keep him on my roster or trade to upgrade my backup RB's.
Granted, he looked solid lastnight, but San Diego largely kept the ball out of his hands.

    Opinions?

Philip Rivers is a waste of a roster spot, IMHO.

He could have value if they would take the restricter plate off of him and let him throw the ball in a real game not the scrimmage he was in last night.

Rivers is a great pickup. He really is starting to prove he is the real deal.

Phil's response would probably be, "(He) wouldn't let you draft him even if you were the LAST drafter in the draft!"
