Official 2012 ppo ff league

Hola. Webby has ponied up the cash, and I'm going to be able to make the time to run this beyatch, so once again PPO is sponsoring a FREE Fantasy Football League for 2012.

So - at this point, here's where we are:

1. Invitations/emails have been sent to the owners from the 2010 league (there was no league in 2011). Those owners have until EOD on SUNDAY, AUGUST 19TH, 2012 to respond. If they have not responded to the instructions emailed to them by then, they will be dropped.

2. Any OPEN spots will be filled by those who respond IN A DIFFERENT THREAD and express desire to join. Look for that thread (I'll post it next) and sign up there if you want to join. ONLY POST in that thread if you are NOT a returning owner.

3. Rules and divisions will be finalized AFTER the signups are done.

4. I will try my best to schedule the drafts NOT on Labor Day Weekend (as has been done in the past) but I cannot make any promises.

I will be in NYC with Neumdog over labor day weekend. I can't promise a sober drafted team that day if it's then. It's your only chance to keep me from the crown!

Whizzinators are back for another season....bring it on......I would also prefer to have the draft not on Labor Day Weekend.....

Do we still have the same original teams in our division that we've had for years? I need to kick Webby and Dave's asses :-)

For now, yes. I have to see how many teams we end up having. The opinion was expressed that 10-team divisions was too small. I'd like to go for 12 - which means we either need to lose 4 teams (total) or gain 8. Not bloody likely that we'll gain 8.
