I was just in a mock draft, and I truly believe I did well overall (for my starting line up). I had QB Carson Palmer, RB's All Day, Julius Jones, and LenDale White, WR's Braylon Edwards and Andre Johnson, TE Jason Witten, K Josh Scobee, and our own Vikings D/ST. I know it means absolutely nothing, but I just wanted to post. I would be really happy if I had this line up in my actual draft. Well, thanks for hearing me out....
Not bad, not bad at all...

Where did you take place in this mock draft?....

I'de like to do a few to warm up for the real deal this year.
I'm even thinking of getting into a money league this year for the first time..
You gonne need some practice, Remember last year, when a brother helped you out and you still lost!!!? ;D

    If I remember correctly,

Re: a mock draft I was in...

I agree with Midgensa- I think I took Carson one or two rounds too early. I had the 2nd overall pick, and with it I took MY BOY All Day. By the time it snaked around back to me, I ended up taking
both receivers because I couldn't pass up on to of the top 6 receivers. By this time, I knew that when it came around again, I had to pick up a "good enough" RR to compliment Adrian, but I didn't. I ended up taking Palmer. I really feel as if this helped me, and I probably would jump on another mock draft again...

I think you got a good squad, no doubt.
Obviously scoring formats dictate the value your picks more than anything, but all in all, good job.
The thing is, in 10 man leagues almost everyone looks stacked

Lendale is coming off an injury, but a very solid campaign.
They did pick up speedster Chris Johnson from ECU (round 1) so you could always handcuff Lendale with him. Rookie RBs tend to contribute more than any other position.

I almost said something bad about having so many Vikes (especially at WR) but I like the mix with Bryant and Moss.

Carrying 2 defenses is a huge waste of a roster spot. JMHO

I sorta agree, but then again we'll see how the season folds itself out

Not bad ... You are going to be hurting at RB I think though without Jones and White ... might want to jump on your No. 2 back before Braylon or Andre Johnson.
you're all forgetting one thing..you have to draft the player that best fits the league scoring settings..as an example..in the ESPN quick pick leagues, the WR's actually score higher than most of the RB's.

I'm in a league were we draft 8 defensive players and have to play 4 of them each week.
Adds a whole new twist to the league.
