Couple of weeks ago the owner told me that it looked like I was loosing the team and that if things didn't change I was gonna get fired.

Basically, the entire playoff field has been set. Today's MNF game between the Cardinals and the 49ers has only marginal impact on the final playoff teams, and that's really only in one division where the seedings may be affected (if Frank Gore has a big game).
