I won`t be renewing my team, and I`d like to see the team, stadium, etc. stay rather than starting all over again.

its 400 per season. you wouldn`thave to pay for the rest of this season, but after then its 400. The team`s in AAA, you could try and keep my coordinators or go after new ones.
